Preowned. Very good condition. Cleaning out my Jewelry box after a recent move. Found this. Tie tack I believe. From pathmark grocery stores. Appears to be a service pin to an employee. Marked 10K on back. Weighs 3.04 grams. Appears to have ruby stone but do not know if it’s real ruby or not. Thanks for looking
